Wal Mart Connect ripoff, dishonist, thieves Internet
We had cancelled the service over 8mo. ago, and yet we continued to get charged. Both my husband and I had made calls to WMC to have it cancelled, but none of the calls seemed to have been documented.
This has been nothing short of a headache. The internet, and customer service is horrendous!!!! Not to mention the reps you speak with appear to have a very difficult time with the english language.
When we asked for our money back, we were told it was against policy! Hmmmmm... last I knew it is against the law to withdraw funds from someones bank account without the account holders permission.
Bottom line... we'll never recommend or even go back, they're not worth the time!

If you are under a contract, which you would be with any cellular provider, they can continue to withdraw from you account until you have provided WRITTEN notice that you wish to cancel your service, then you are charged a hefty early termination fee, usually around 250-200 bucks. If you have not done this you are SOL.
