I just this morning got the service canelled. after a long abusive hateful phone call in which walmart connect accused me of not seeing the charges on the bank statement.They said that it was a request for cancellation and wasn't actually cancelled.
they said i should have caught the charges myself. and i told them the charges shouldn't have been there in the first place. what gives walmart connect the right to keep charging me for a service that has been cancelled? they kept ducking the issue and blaming it on me.
as of this date i have been charged 5 months on my debit card for a service i have not used and should not have had for 6 months. after yelling and near to abusive discussion they finally cancelled it but said they could not refund my money. B.S.- i called the billing dept. back after the cancellation dept. was so hateful to see what could be done.

the billing dept said they could refund me 2 months and credit my card a total of $19.88. fine i said that's something at least. so we will see if it actually happens in the time of 42 hrs. like they said.
i deal in sales and i can tell you that walmart connect is no professional service. if i treated my clients like they did me i would be out of business! or reported to the board and have my license revoked. why shouldn't walmart get some type of punishment? they should! i'm still short 30.00 bucks. and they get something for nothing. don't let it happen to you!
