Wal Mart- Goodyear tires is a tire that you cannot trust just because it has the Goodyear name, It is a tire made to Wal Mart specifications. The two Goodyear Tracker tires I bought for my Ford Superduty truck have required almost a half a pound of weights, each to balance the tires to the wheels. I have taken my truck back twice to have them re-balanced within a five thousand mile period. The first time i was told that the weights had come off of the wheels. The second time i was told the wheels were out of round. So i went and purchased a full set of American Racing Aluminum wheels, and when the place i bought the wheels from tried to balance the tires.
It took 7 oz. of weight and 9 oz of weight to balance them. Ironically the same amount for each tire as i had needed on the factory wheels...Looks like i bought $800.00 worth of wheels for nothing. The last time i went in there(Wal Mart) i tried to get them to swap tires with me for a pair of Michelins. These two tires will be pulled off and used on the farm trailer...The next time,I need tires, i will go to a reputable tire dealer that will warrant their tires and not rip-off Wal Mart
