Received bill in the mai stating $83.00 owed for services after account closer cancellation / switched service provider. Now threatening to send to collections. Contacted Family Mobile Customer Service several times which they agreed the fees are false and that they would correct the matter with a follow up telephone call checking the progress. Follow up call never received... fees never taken care of. I feel as if this is all punishment for switching service providers.
