wal-mart G.E. bank debit card being unreasonal, not helping, wrong information, internet wisconsin

 I have a G.E. bank walmart debit card. I called and disputed a charge on my card, without telling me that there policy was to cancel the card and reissue a new one, i went shopping and found out that they cancelled my card.  I called the 877 number on the back of the card and they told me they cancelled my card and were waiting for me to call to issue a new one.. This was 4 days apart. I asked how is was to get my money that was direct deposit.  They told me i needed to get a new walmart card that had G.E. bank on it... Ater 8 phone calls to them and 6 walmart stores in Illinois and Wisconsin, i found out that Green dot had changed all there cards to green dot bank.  I went to every store that they told me that had te G.E bank cards, NONE of them had G.E. bank cards..All cards are now Green dot...I called again after 5 hours of searching for a card, they told me that there was nothing they coulld do but send me a new card.  7 to 12 days..If i wanted it sooner,i would have to pay $20.00 to have it 2 to 5 days fedex. meanwhile, no money and no way to get to it..They told me even if i wanted to close out the account it would take the same amout of time as a new card. and if i wanted to have it 2 to 5 days, $20.00 charge to have it fedex..they only told me that there is nothing else they can do..
