I took my 91 honda accord to wal-mart tire and lube on Feb. 9, 2006 for an oil change I went there with my car in good condition. I did not drive my car but around my neighborhood, I smelled oil, I thought why do I smell oil, I just had everything serviced I attempted to take my car on the freeway I ended up having to be towed back to my neighborhood wal-mart where they checked my car and told me that I had a crack in my oil pan that must have happened because my car was old and outdated that that could happened and I must have hit a huge hole or bump in the road, when asked the manager that is what he said to me I was told there was no one I could talk to because their corporate manager Anthony did not live in the state so they could not give me his number. I look at my woirk ordfer to read in the repair portion that oil leak coming from crack in oil pan and oil paj damage prior to service how come that is not on my first work order.


I have taken my car to more than on mechanic and am told the same thing by them all if I did hit something in the road there is no way that my pan would be cracked by the bolts and that I would have a dent in my oil pan and not two cracks by my bolts wal mart is at fault and they will be hearing from my lawyer I am very dissappointed with this outcome I am a single parent and I am now carless due to this I have had to rent cars just to take and run errands, walmart shame on you
