Hello. My dad has worked for wal-mart for about 20yrs. He is a very kind man w/ a religous background. Ever since my dad has worked for them they have threatened to fire him almost monthly as a fear tactic and he is barely making ends meet because of thier crummy pay.

They are always putting him down because he is a christian and I told my dad that was unlawful, but since he is a christian and dosent like to argue he wont do anything to them (like take them to court).

They are really ripping him off, because he works his butt off for them and they treat him like a dog and pay him squat.

I told him to switch jobs but they have put him down so much that he thinks he cant do any better and thinks he's to old to look for another job.

It hurts me deeply every time I see my dad come home and he is crying because of what wal-mart has done or said to him.

Write a letter to the president

If your complaint is valid and you are not exaggerating then you should go to www.wal-mart.com and write a letter to the president online.

Punishing someone for religious beliefs is not part of Wal-Mart's basic core beliefs--I have a hard time believing it's been happening. But if you believe its happening and can provide some proof then you should complain to the corporate headquarters. Request an investigation into the matter; be sure to name the individuals who have been causing distress to your father. If the allegations prove to be true and the headquarters do nothing about it then you have legal recourse.

Look into it.
