10 emails to Walmart's customer service.  Wrong direction to find the rebate and close to 2hrs on the phone and finally:

We are sorry, we were unable to locate information for this rebate offer.
 
You may return your purchase at any Walmart store or through the mail. The item must still be within the return policy time frame to qualify for a return.
 
It was a waste of time and makes Walmart a rip-off!
