My experience is very similar. In my case, committee members in the dissertation process held my project longer than they nedded and were allowed by university policies in order to keep me paying $2,900 a quarter. I spent $40,600 before I realized what was really happening. After making a stink with academic advising and getting a cmmittee the same work I had been turning in with my forst dissertation committee began getting approved with my second committee. However theis was only aftr I spent an additinal $29,000.00.
