Complaint Review: Waldorf Ford

Waldorf Ford I brought a used car from there in July and was told they would fix anything wrong with the car. It's October and I am still having problems from their service. Waldorf Maryland

I am a first time car owner. I went to Waldorf Ford Jul 24,2007 and purchased a Ford Focus. The car had alot of issues and I was told from Ken Eaton that everything would be taken care of that night of purshace. I had to call over 20 times to get an appointment to bring the car back for the spare key,maunal, detailing, panel put on door and radio fixed. Every trip down to Waldorf form my town cost me time and gas money. Everytime I was lied to by Ken and his supervisors. They refused to pay for the issues with my car even though I was told I would be taken care of by filling out a We Owe slip.

I just took my car back to Waldorf this week..October 2007 to get the panel put on and the radio repaired. When I dropped the car off the Service tech Dan Beavers told me he would call me the next day. I never received a phone call and had to call there Friday morning at 8am. When I went to pick up my car I was disappointed to find out my radio was worst than when I dropped it off.

At first the cd player was not working now the whole radio is not playing. Since the moment I brought this car I have had problems after problems. The people at Waldorf Ford have outright lied to me over and over. I regret having ever went down there to purchase my first car.
