THE COMPANY DID NOT COMMENT ON THE WEAR CARE POLICY THAT I BOUGHT WHEN I LEASED THE CAR, HARRY RUMBERGER THE BUSINESS MANAGER THERE AT WALKER FORD SAID THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO THIS AND PUT THE PAPER WORK FORWARD BUT NOW WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY CALLS MADE OR RETURN ANY CALLS.

WILL CONSIDER TAKING THIS A STEP FURTHER TO THE COURTS TO SORT THIS MESS OUT IF THEY CHOSE NOT TO DO ANYTHING OR HONOR THEIR OBLIGATION. WHEN I FILED THE RIP OFF REPORT THEY REQUIRE THE REVEIVERS EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I PROVIDED TRACY'S, SHE WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE TO GET THIS REPORT, THE EMAIL IS RIGHT OFF HER CARD AND IT WOULD BE HER EMAIL AND NO ONE THERE AT WALKER FORD WOULD GET THIS, THE EMAIL IS NOT A GENERAL COMPANY EMAIL WHERE ANYONE CAN RESPOND, AGAIN THE REPORT WENT RIGHT TO HER NOT SOMEONE ELSE. SO FOR WALKER FORD AND THE BBB SAY THAT ANOTHER PERSON RESPONDED AND IT WAS NOT TRACY EVEN THOUGH THE REPORT WENT RIGHT TO HER, TO HER PERSONAL EMAIL AT WALKER FORD AND THAT THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE CAN GET HER EMAIL LET ALONE RESPOND TO IT.

AS FOR THE PERSON FROM THIS MADE UP EMAIL, TOP DOG, THE REPORT WAS FILED ON MAY THE 6TH AND THE SAME DAY, MAY 6TH AFTER AGAIN NOTING THAT THE REPORT WAS SENT TO TRACY'S OWN EMAIL, THERE IS NO WAY THAT THIS MAKE BELEIVE PERSON "TOP DOG" IS REAL AND IS REALLY SOMEONE THAT WORKS AT WALKER FORD AND HAS ACCESS TO TRACY'S PERSONAL EMAIL AT WALKER FORD, THREFOR TRACY IS THE ONLY PERSON THAT COULD OF RECEIVED THE EMAIL/REPORT AND IS THE ONLY PERSON THAT COULD OF RESPONDED TO THE EMAIL THUS AGAIN AS STATED MAKING FUN OF A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY.

THIS COMPANY IS MAKING SURE THAT THEY WILL PROLONG THE REPORT AND NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE NASTY DISPOSITION OF TRACY, THEIR EMPLOYEE, ALSO THE COMMENTS MADE BY HER AND HER ACTIONS AS REPORTED BY ME ARE THE SAME AS HOW THE PERSON WHO RESPONDED TO THE MAY 6TH REPORT. WE WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN . 

Walker Ford said they did not have any thing to do with what they said about me . i don't by it because the report was done on may 6th and and the person top dog made a comment on the same day may 6th . Nobody would have known because walker ford got the email the same day . May 6th .

TRACY AFFRUNTI was the one who got the email . and we are talking about the refund and you walker ford did not say any thing to the bbb about the refund . If we have to take walker ford to small clames court we will and we will have harry ruberger subpoenaed to court . He told us that we were geting a refund, and we are still waiting. 

 This is David Kohalisky. I have just this one question - statement. Where in the hell do you come off with the comment of " salesman kissing me on the mouth" is that some kind of gay thing? Are you saying something that stupid because we are gay? How dare you ever suggest something that ignorant?

I can not accept that as something "as in reference" that comment is the most stupid, hurtful discriminating post one can read. Is this how Walker Ford treats it long time customers, by calling them out, suggesting a salesman should kiss us on the mouth? You are one reckless, ignorant, hypocrite. You have not heard the last of this nor me.

Wow are you kidding me, you are going to point out some minor spelling indiscretions when you should be paying attention to the actual content of the complaint. It looks as if you want to show how smart you are when really by this response how stupid you, who ever you are, really are.

As for your comment on "car flease" really, do you want to toss out subject matter for the consumer who really knows nothing about this "car flease" when we were in there you were about to do the same thing by offering us a stupid number for our payment but when you found out that we were able to secure a loan to take care of this payment, you now call it a bad deal and this was something that you tossed out first.

Now question to you is, where in the heck are you getting this "saleman" or "dealership" at, there is no mention of us going to a dealer, you "Tracy" know that we went through our bank and not some off the side of the road dealer, so get off the kick of kissing someone for extra money we gave them when again you were about to do the same thing though we didnt get taken for a ride as you were about to take us. You gave me a quote of 250.00 plus intrest and so why should we worry because we were in the same ball park but really our payment from "so called fleasing" is 233.00.

Maybe you need to really learn how to work and speak with the customer. It was said that you worked for Walker for some 25 years, I find that hard to believe as you gave us nothing but the run around after you found that we were going to our bank after you "out of this world price" you knew we wanted to buy out the vehicle, when we mentioned a purchase order, you sent the bank the order without your signature without the miles and you got the information from me when you went outside to take a picture of my tags, you knew we wanted to lower the price but you kept messing around with the back when something this smiple could of taken a few hours lasted til Monday mid day. 

Oh and as for my obvious short comings "spelling" dont you worry, Ill be posting and talking for sometime to come, oh and make it a blessed day.

 First off, as shown directly by YOU and YOUR "writing", learn the difference between "then", "than" "our", "are" and "lease". Secondly, why are you even throwing away money in a CAR FLEASE? No matter how "smart" the salesman says you are for getting into a CAR FLEASE, it is NEVER a good deal!

For the dealer and salesman, it's an excellent deal, so much do, they should have kissed you on the mouth for all the EXTRA profit you are giving them and a higher commission. Thirdly, none of these people work for Ford. They work for the owner of the dealership.

Finally, this is a PUBLIC website and if you just can't stand when somebody points out your obvious short comings, then don't post here!
