Complaint Review: Walker Landscaping Grass4Sale.com James Walker

I called the day before the delivery date to confirm. Was told they would call me back. They never did. Called the morning of the delivery and was told that they didn't deliver to my area. I complained that they should have realized this weeks earlier when I put in the order. Was told they would call me back with a solution. They never did. Called the following day, only got their answering machine. Called the day after that, was given the runaround and told they would call me back. They never did. Finally I called the credit card company and asked them to reverse the charges and they did so the little guy won in the end. Walkers is nothing but crooks.
