WalkFit shoe inserts are advertised on TV ads as a way to improve back trouble. I used the company's online web-site to order 2 pair of inserts for men in 2 different sizes.

The on-line WalkFit Platinum web-site we-site page confused my order. There seemed to be no way to clear the error on the web-site page. 

 The next day I called the Walkfit Platinum company to clear up the order. Two weeks later I received 12 pair of WalkFit shoe inserts in the mail. Only one pair of inserts was the correct size.

My credit card was charged a total of 135.50. I was told I would be charged 9.95 for each pair of inserts, and 9.95 for shipping and handling.

Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to return these items. I am told by the credit company that 19.95 will remain on my credit card for a "processing fee"

The bottom line....stay away from Walkfit Platinum,LLC, shoe inserts. I will always check out consumer reporting complaint sites now before I order from a company. Thanks for this site.
