Wall Street Mail Fraud --- Communications Publishing
Sent a check to Communications Publishing for a book around the middle of January. As of February 19th I have yet to receive the book. The check I sent cleared less than a week after it was mailed. This situation makes me realize why people lose thier temper and go on killing sprees, though there are always alternative solutions.

I just recieved a letter promoting a book they sell which promises ways to get "free money" from grants, and other companies wishing to lower their taxes, or simply government programs to help minorities etc. I could not find a phone number and so searching the net I found this rip-off report and decided to leave the only info i could find. I would like to be able to call a company before placing a credit card order with them, so i will wait for a phone number.
