i had a agreement with james wallace to build a product. we signed a contract. he was suppose to find a manufactor for my product. he could not find one. so he ask me if i had one in mind. ok you suppose to be the expert and i need to find a manufactor. so i gave him one. i asked him to call the person. he told me 3 times that he would call this person and did not. i got upset because he was suppose to be the one finding the manufactor and when i gave him one to call he kept lying to me and never called. he had up to 4 week and after the 4th week i got tried of this man bologny. for someone who suppose to know more than me. he can not find a manufactor. now james think he can keep all my money. i paid him 2750.00usd to build a product. he have not taken any money out of his pocket and was on the phone. he telling me he have 30 man hours on this project. so you think i am going to pay someone 91.00usd/hour to talk on the phone and not take any money out of your pocket. you must think i am stupid. james is very unprofessional and now want to ack like a victim when he caused his own problem. he should of find the manufactor as the contract said. i don't need to pay somebody to do your job for you.
