Wallace's Elite Portraits is a photography studio located in Cedar Hill, Tennessee.

I entered into a contract agreement with the owners to take one year's worth of portraits of my new baby. I had to sign a contract stating I would make a minimum purchase with each order, and that I would be given discounts, free frames, portrait
sessions, etc along with a one year panel showing my baby at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.

This business shut its doors on its operation after the 6 month session and failed to fulfill its contract. When my 6 month pictures came in they were of the wrong baby.

When I called to complain, I was cussed out by the co-owner Chris Wallace.

He corrected my order over a two month process then charged my credit card for an amount without my signature. When my step-father came to pick up my products, he told him I was rude and put down my character.

This company broke their contract, over charged me and insulted me to my family member. I have been nothing but kind to this business who knowingly entered into a contract with me after knowing it would be going out of business, over-charged, cussed and slandered me personally to an innocent family member. When I call to talk about this Mr. Wallace hangs up on me.
