Complaint Review: Wallmart Moneygram

Wallmart Moneygram agent falsely promised that receiving party for $300.00 money gram would not be able to have access to the funds without a coded number that I would be given and then supply to the receiver. They did not do what they informed me was policy and the receiver collected the money without the code. I never received the product I purchased. WM would not help me, nor even tell me the receiving end branch who made this transaction. Kailua Kona, Hawaii Nationwide

I specifically questioned the Wallmart Money Gram agent and was told that the receiver of a 300.00 money gram would not be able to acess the 300.00 without the code/pin that I was given by this agent. The reason being was I was awaiting a computer I was purchasing from this person and I would release the money by giving the pin/code after receiving the computer by mail. The money was released immediately without the pin/code and I had never received the computer. When I went to Wallmart immediately, I received no help, no refund, no information regarding the receiving end Wallmart. They did absolutely nothing to help me and would not take any responsibility for their agents false promise that reslulted im my loss of 300.00.
