Dear President of Walmart,

I wrote to you regarding the damage that Walmart had caused when I had a oil change explaining how they had stripped my oil pan plug and how they stated that on my sons car it to was stripped and my sons car blew a motor. Well now my car has blown its motor and I find it to be very odd and strange that 2 cars can have the exact things happen following oil changes from Walmart. Your company has now cost me 2 vehicles, lost of income, emotional stress and a financial hardship.I have not heard a word from your company regarding my first complaint. So, now with the loss of a 2nd vehicle. I am taking this public. I will be obtaining my service records on both cars, 3 written statements from ASE certified mechanics, pictures, BBB reports, Ripoff.com reports, Local News and a Lawyer and launching a full investigation into your company on your Auto Dept records, materials used and back ground checks on your employees. I will also be having the oil analyzed that walmart is using in the cars they service by using a sample out of mine. If the oil falls below what is suppose to be used it will explain why these cars are blowing motors. Along with if any oil has actually been installed into the vehicle when serviced. I was sicken when I
started to research oil changes by Walmart / Blown motors and seeing how many issues were actually out there over the years and how every report stated that Walmart does NOTHING to correct this problem nor compensate the victims/customers for the cars that Walmart has destroyed. Walmart  being such a billion dollar company, yet will not take
responsibility  for their errors and mistakes done by the employeees they hire and make it right by their customers. Yet , continue to still service vehicles and ruin others lives and vehicles & finances.

While I am sure all your corporate employees drive around in your brand new $$$$$ vehicles and probably do not even use your own company for standard oil changes on them. I run a business from home and my vehicle was a major part of my business. I can not provide my services now to my clients since I now have no vehicle. I would appreciate Walmart for
once on doing the right thing and work together to resolve these issues.

Bottom line is Walmart owes me 2 Vehicles and loss of income. DO THE RIGHT THING . I will be in contact again with all my records and reports. Contacting a lawyer today and CBS Investigative News.

To Whom it may concern:

This is now my 3rd letter regarding my vehicle and the oil changes done at  your #1541 store in Royal Palm Beach , Florida. I have yet to still hear anything back from any of your departments. I have a $250 towing bill.  Along now with a $4,250 estimate on what it is going to cost to replace  the motor in my Ford Explorer. On top of the job/client I lost and income of $1,229 that I was going to when the engine BLEW . Totaling a complete loss and financial hardship of $5729. I do not understand how Walmart can be so COLD and HEARTLESS towards their customers for the mistakes they make and not take responsibility for them. How I am just being ignored with no alternatives or compliance. While I was at your Auto
department getting the records for the work done on my Explorer. I was astounded by the things I observed and heard from your employees. In a time frame of 5 minutes 3 customers having their cars worked on all were told that they had oil leaks, or low oil, stripped plugs etc....and one employee being very adamant on making sure one customer signed (the waiver) . You can pull video if you have it to confirm I am telling the truth.  Date =August 7, 2012  @ 1:45 p.m auto department in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.  I will be gathering all paperwork and have a complete file available soon that I will be attaching and sending to you via email. I am not looking to get anything extra or anything Im not rightly due. Walmart messed up, NOT ME !!! I feel Walmart should fix their mistake.

Fix my repairs. I do not even know what to say anymore. I'm speechless on the whole situation and lack of consideration Walmart is giving to it.

To Whom it may Concern:

I have been dealing with CMI representative Josh Ray on the issues regarding my Ford Explorer and blown motor. According to Mr. Josh Ray, he states that they will only cover the oil pan replacement and labor and not my engine due to paperwork stating that oil pan plug was stripped and that upon arrival I had a oil leak. But The paperwork is a LIE and Walmart
employees put it there as a way of covering themselves. I have many statements from mechanics and the physical evidence that my oil pan  and plug were never stripped. As well as the actual motor still showing NO LEAKS prior coming from engine. Which I am sure that the mechanics I am dealing with have more knowledge/training and experience then the actual
employees you have working in your auto departments. I have asked that a representative from the company come out to examine it for themselves instead of just going by paperwork , due to  the fact that anyone can write something on paper , but the actual physical evidence of seeing it with your own eyes is more proof that the statements written were false
and that the determination shouldn't be based on the written paperwork but solely on the physical evidence. CMI wants me to accept payment for a oil pan and plug which is only a few hundred dollars compared to the real issue and fact that my engine is costing THOUSANDS. I am awaiting a call back from Mr. Josh Ray to inform me on whether or not they will send out a actual physical representative to take a look at the evidence. Not only is what Walmart employees wrote on paperwork FALSE, but I would think it would also be considered as FRAUD and MISREPRESENTATION on documenting paperwork. I am documenting everything with paperwork and pictures. I truly feel as if I am being done a complete injustice here. Walmart /CMI should replace fully my engine and all cost relating to it. I humbly ask that someone with full authority here step in and make this right.

o Whom it may Concern:

Following up on my recent letter... CMI is stating that they will pay for a new oil pan & plug plus labor? HMMMM.... If CMI is coming to the

conclusion that Walmart is not at fault and drawing their results from paperwork they have on the oil change stating that Explorer was leaking oil upon arrival and oil pan plug stripped....Why are they offering to replace those parts
if they are saying they are not at fault and it was like that when car was brought in? It makes no sense.

Fiction: Walmart states car was leaking oil upon arrival with stripped plugFact: Oil pan plug is NOT stripped nor was car leaking oil upon arrival

Have statements and picture and physical proof of original plug and oil pan

Engine blew due to Walmart employee not tightening plug. Yet they note on paperwork that they TOQUE it with No#19. Now is the No#19 the wrench they used to toque it or the size of my plug. Because my plug is a 17 not a 19. There are many errors on Walmarts paperwork. They have my address listed as 126 Sparrow Dr West Palm Beach 33414.

Which has never been my address EVER and have no clue where they got  that from. After reviewing other paperwork from other oil changes I notice that TOQUE No#19 is apparently what was used during doing a

filter change not on a plug .

I do not understand the reasoning of their results. If they are willing to pay for oil pan & plug but say its not Walmarts liability for the engine. Yet it was due to the error on the employee to begin with that made the car lose oil and blow out the engine . This is so hard to type out and explain. I truly wish that whom ever has the proper authority would just call me. I am so upset I can not  even clearly think to try and express things. But what I am being told makes no sense. If they say they will pay for oil pan and plug and it was the plug being loose that caused it and not by being stripped which I have physical proof that it is not stripped , then by CMI saying they will only pay for that ...well.....that makes them LIABLE. As I wrote to you in my very first letter this is the 2nd car that my engine has blown in a 3 month time following oil changes from Walmart and them
stating that plugs are stripped when they are not !!! The wrong weight was used as well in the car 5w30 was used when 10w30 should have been due to the fact again my car had over 100K miles and previously had 10w30 in it to begin with .Adding 5w30 to it is like just adding water and gives it no real lubrication to where again oil pressure will drop
and blow the engine. I have contacted the LOCAL NEWS  now and a LAWYER . I would appreciate someone sending to me the
Liability statue or law or rules that Mr Josh Ray is going by that says he can legally only pay for the oil pan etc....and not my engine. I am attaching to you copies of the paperwork , marking errors along with pictures of the blown motor. I welcome any representative to please come out and take a look at the plug etc .. Face it....This is their error .

Make this right please. I do not want to go to court. I do not want the stress. But I will continue forward with this if need be. Logically nothing makes sense on their reasoning against the evidence. I have physical evidence and proof and the company has falsified paperwork with errors on it left to right. Who has the authority to do the right thing here? I will not accept Mr. Josh Ray offer. I will continue to fight this fully. All I want is  my engine replaced and paid for I am not asking for anything more. Yet if court is where I need to handle this... I will be very truthful and have all documents , pictures and statements and professional expertise witnesses. Which I already have 3 eye witness professional ASE certified mechanics telling me that Walmart is liable. So I will pursue in court punitive damages on top of all repair cost & materials , loss of income, towing bills etc... plus the time paid to the mechanics that they will lose having to come in and testify on my behalf. As we all
know mechanics get paid $90 a hour. It will cost Walmart so much more in the long run. Even with all your high power lawyers you have. Fact is Fact , evidence is evidence. How can you allow your company to treat  Customers this way? I know it may not seem like it with all I have wrote. But I am truly speechless and so overwhelmed at the injustice you
hand out. Not to mention I would like to also know if CMI records their conversations. Because on 2 occasions Mr Josh Ray
stated to me and to S T Automotive that he felt that Walmart was liable and at fault and during our first conversation he called Walmart employees BONEHEADS. So if they record their calls I would like a copy of that as well please.

Never Use Walmart for any SERVICES. Research them on ol changes and you will find hundreds of articles , files and complaints on BLOWN MOTORS

Im speaking out because I feel so bad about the situation this lady is going thru. I went thru a similar event(s) at the walmart on 441 and Belvedere RD.   I requested an oil changed and was asked to sign documents while reading them i noticed a waiver that everyone signs away certain rights if the so called claim you cap to oil pan is stripped or damaged. this keeps happening to people I know from Dade County, Broward and Palm Beach. One time they changed it all correctly but they flushed my radiator and did not refill it.

After I paid they advised me I need to take it to a mecanic and have it looked at becuase its leaking. My car never ever leaked before I took it to this perticular walmart. Then while checking my car before I left I then noticed no fluid in my radiator asked the mechanic why they didnt refill it and his answer was no we didnt refill it becuase it was not  full to begin with.

I was under the impression they TOP OFF and liquids and advise you if you need more than what they supply. This upset me and asked for a supervisor he directed me to the form you are asked to sign your name on the touch screen at the register. This is beyond scum bag low life people you also must ask your self what kind of morallity does some have to work in this manner and knowingly lie to the public. My car didnt break down from them but I can safely assume the ignorant work they performed or didnt perform may have caused my car to break down.

f**k..........................................WALMART.....ALSO THEY take out life insurance on all their employees and guess whom is the beneficiary ... not your family.
