I got a new computer in June. I learned my wmconnect would no longer work with the Windows Vista software. I called wmconnect and canceled my services with them. The gentleman, Harry, sounded really nice. He said "You already paid for the entire month, so I'll give you until midnight on the 1st of July to retreive your emails etc...When I looked carefully at my September bank statement, I noticed that they were still charging me. When I called, they said "We can stop it as of today, but have no record of you canceling in June". They also said that they could not refund my money. Why are we speaking to people in India, on matters in America anyway?
