I ordered an Epson All-In-One printer from walmart.com, and a required USB cable in seperate orders. I received the USB cable very quickly. Although the site continued to list the item as "In Stock

I received an e-mail from Order Fulfillment that there was a delay in receiving the printer from their supplier and if they could not fulfill the order in 10 days...THEY walmart...would cancel the order OR I had the option to cancel until shipment.

I was given a web address and a toll free number to call. I e-mailed help@walmart.com that I wished to cancel and then, order a different printer.

I did this 3 THREE times. Each time I received a different response from a different person. One told me I could not cancel...although, the original e-mail said I could. The second reference my USB cable order...which I had received...apparently they did not even read my e-mail.

The third time, I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours. Basically, walmart.com WILL NOT let you cancel an order...even if they tell you, that you can...due to "fulfillment problems".

Walmart.com has great prices BUT basically there is NO Customer Service...what's the old saying..."put enough Chimpanzee's at typewriters and one will eventually type Shakespeare.
