Walmart.com Won't give me my product I paid for Bloomington Illinois

I ordered an Instant Pot on black Friday online. Said it was prepped for shipment but never handed over to fedex. They are claiming it was stolen from time it was boxed to when fedex came for pickup. Mind you it was in their warehouse! Because they package special black friday coded boxes they are out of stock and will refund money, if i file for refund. Then I can go buy the one they have in the store (which is $40 more for same item - 8qt instant pot lux). Asked why I can't have one on shelf since I paid for one. They say online and store inventory are 2 different buckets. But I've bought online and returned to the store and they take it so I call bull.
