In September I installed the Wal-Mart Connect software on my computer so I could have internet to register my computer before the cutoff. It was only a temporary service until I got connected with high speed internet.

I called Wal-Mart Connect two days after connecting to their serviced and I cancelled my service. The empolyee who answer the phone said he would cancel my services after harassing me with a million questions of why I wanted to cancel my services. Finally he gave me a cancellation number and said I would not be charged because it was within the 7 days free period.

I checked my bank statement and I have been charged for the last four months and when I called to find out why I was still being charged they told me I never cancelled and they would only give me one month refund.

I'm in the process of getting a hold of the corperate office of Wal-Mart and fileing a compliant to get my money refunded.
