Complaint Review: Walmart family mobil

 So one of your workers told me to purchase a webpack to add data to my phone service but a webpack does not add data to the phone service it only makes it allowed to make international phone calls why would you tell me to purchase webpack if webpack is not for web it is for international phone calls I asked for a refund they are not allowed to give a refund I asked to have the money transferred and put towards my bill and they're not allowed to do that either so Walmart Family Mobile would rather steal $10 and lose customers then just Ford money from one section of your company to another
