Walmart family mobile Deceptive,fraudulent, cell phone service Wheat Ridge Colorado
I have been using family mobile service since December 18th 2013 it has been a nightmare with customer service and the phones they sell since the beginning of my contract with them.My first phone a TM mobile Concord
was an absolute rip off. So was the Christmas promotional they had going it took 5 months for me to get $20 off a month.1 month ago, October 18th 2013, I purchased the highest price samsung galaxy 2 phone and the battery was bad right out of the box. I found out from their customer service agent that the phones they sell
do not support all the applications of the phones.I have called family mobile,the local Walmart, the store manager, the district manager - all with no reply.
