Michael Stout of San Antonio Texas has never lived in Montana or ever been associated with Jessica Stout. I have only been to Montana once on a drive thru.  I also have never owned or tried to sell a Honda Civic ever in my life -- as I detest that brand and model (they make great motorcycles though).

I have been a Ford and Toyota man my entire life and would never touch a Honda, or Chevy or other brands like that.  I hate when people with my name do dastardly things!   People make Internet background checks on names and it's hell trying to defend yourself on stuff that people Google when you're trying to get a job.

Walmart Family Mobile is a POSTPAID, not a prepaid service.

If you wish to dispute the charges, send your name & WFM account number with a detailed description of your issue to:

creditrequest@myfamilymobile.com

they usually respond within 5 business days.

You DO have to call to cancel your service. Walmart employees are often misinformed about the service (You'd think they'd know better, since it's a Walmart cellular provider).

I believe you have to either sign something or given a paper/contract/online page (to read) in order to get the phone. When buying anything and want to return, you must be careful and look for any special instruction for cancelation/return regardless how you feel like. If they legitimately gave you paper/contract/online page, you are responsible to read it. If you did not follow the instruction, I am afraid you will not be able to legally dispute the charge.
