Service stopped working. Called three times. Once was told due to upgrades my phone was no longer compatible. Other times was told they would investigate and call me back when problem was resolved. this was around the third week of march 2014. on 4/02/14 i switched carriers and ported my number. I called t-mobile and told them I was canceling my service because it still was not working. I could'nt make or receive calls. Had been with them since 2010 without any issues. Was told no refund for my webpak service. non refundable. Was told service is cancelled and we are even. You wont have a final bill. fast forward a month later. yep a bill. for service which did not work for the period 3/24/14 thru 4/24/14. Bill represented two partial service charges. One thru 4/02/14 the day I cancelled service. The other for service thru 4/24/14. I call them. They say yes we can see the phone was last used on 3/25/14!!!!!!. Then tried to say I never called to cancel service. Told me they cant make bill adjustments. That I have to use email and request one. Well I can see from another report here that thats not likely to work either. I suspect I will continue to get bills from t-mobile for a service they arent provideing.
