Walmart Family Mobile Triple Charges To My Credit Card Internet

I have had a Walmart Family Mobile account for a little over one year, and cannot even begin to explain my frustration with the service, or lack thereof.

From the limited coverage area, poor signal and dropped calls, it ranks as the worst cellular service I've had since the mid 1990's.

To make matters worse, their online payment system is defective as it denies payments on their end, yet payments are debited from my credit card account sometimes in 2-3 instances at a time.

And, when I am finally able to speak to customer service, after over 45 minute wait time due to "large call volume," I am told their credit request department does not take calls, that I have to MAIL IN my request through snail or paper mail.... REALLY?

Needless to say, I am switching to another carrier as soon as I can.

To him that has an ear, let him hear!
