Complaint Review: walmart family mobile

I went into walmart to find out about their advertisement of their cell phones. I went with what they were offering to buy a smart phone get $100 gift card. Was told that it would be applied to the first 5 months with 20 each month. They also do not keep information on when you call. I was in the middle of a call and they disconected me. I called back they said it would be the next month that it would have the card applied I called 3 months, kept being told it would be the next month. I called the number given when I recieved a bill for the next month, I was told I was due a credit since "their advertised credit" was not applied to all phones in January of 2013. They still won't offer the credit due me. Stay away from them they are rip-offs,
