Walmart Family Mobilecustomer real In May I received an invoice for a payment totaling $102.60. I contacted the 877 number in the invoice to question I then was told I had to communicate via e- mail with customer relations .. Which I have only received 1 response. I asked to have my balance corrected so I can forward a payment.. If my services were cancelled on march... Why am I still bieng billed and told through letters it will be turned over to collection. Walmart Family Mobile is a rip off... I contacted customer relations @ my family mobile .com on April 23... And I am still waiting ...for a response regarding a line that was cancelled on march 20th rand it was never cancelled on their end and they want payment... I called numerous times and the reps inform me that line was cancelled . So why Ian I still bieng billed.. And told that n refusal of payment will be turned To collection for payment
