Complaint Review: Walmart family plan

Walmart family plan I called to change my plan to the 34.88 and I was told I had to wait for the next billing cycle,I waited, they didn't even made changes I had to called them back when I found out I diint have no web. I was then told the next billing cycle or my next payment I would pay the new date. The person who I spoke to informed me that my next bill payment would be the new rate 34.88 plus taxes. I waited I now I am informed again that I have to wait until the next billing cycle again . I I am so frustrated with all these wrong informations. Moses lake Washington

my account number with Walmart family mobile is (((redacted))). I asked to be change from my regular plan to the 34.88, i was told I had to wait until the next billing cycle. They didn't change me over and I was unable to get the web. I called and I was told,I have to wait until the next billing cycle and my next payment would be 40.88?or 40.82. I waited and now I have been told again I have to wait until the next billing cycle. It is so frustrating,giving us wrong informations and then erasing conversations that was recording because of their mistakes.
