Complaint Review: walmart FamilyMobile

walmart FamilyMobile Walmartfamilymobile.com has charged me for 3 months service when they disconnected my service 3 months ago. I was told by walmart that if I chose to end the service jusy NOT pay for another month when time ended.Now they say I had to call and cacncel.I would be charged for every month until I paid up the account and then call to cancel.I should not pay for services I am not getting.BIG ripoff!! hampton Virginia

 My husband and I bought the Walmart Family Mobile plan at Walmart in Hampto,Va. We were told if we not to use one of the phones ,just donot renew it at the end of a month and it would be no problem. We decided that we could afford one of the phones because my husband became unemployed and I am disabled. The service was disonnected on Aug. first by Family Mobile.  However, I am being billed for every month just as if I had service!! I called the customer service department and was told I would have to pay up the bill and then call them to dissconnet. If I did not they would continue to charge monthly charges. I refuse to  pay for services that I have not had. They are training their employes to lie or they dont make them aware of the way the service works. This is not right!
