Walmart I had a necklace and a pendent that was purchused in shelby nc it broke me out i had the reciept and was gonna return it to my local walmart on the commercials it says u can and when i did not only wa anderson, South Carolina
I bought a neclace and pendent from the walmart in Shelby NC had a problem with it breaking me out. I live in Anderson SC wonted to return it,their commercials say retun it to any walmart store. When I did I was met by a lady who was very rude and snappy she even" danged me little girl" Im no little girl Im way past that age. Thats some customer service so i asked for a manager couldnt get on to come over there just another sales assotiate cause my husband went and got one. After being giving them my reciept and being treated so rude they told me I would have to take it back to the store in Shelby were it was bought from. I call that false advertisement and rude customer service.Im in walmart alot except i wont be be in a walmart again.Id rather spend a few extra bucks and go to kmart or target if thats the way they are gonna treat customers and I have been telling others about my experience and will continue telling others about the policies and rude service.
