I bought a Toshiba laptop from Walmart.com.  It is defective.  Toshiba refuses to honor it's one-year hardware warranty.  I have contacted Walmart numerous times the past week to exchange the unit, but they don't even have the decency to respond.

Did you drop it, or spill something in it?

You DID ask the reason, didn't you?

BTW, why would WalMart be responsible for this?  What does their WRITTEN return policy say?
It should be on your receipt.

Why won't toshiba fix it? Whats their reason?
