 On 05/18/16 I used my Walmart money card at chevron gas station for $6.00 in gas. I was told by chevron that this transaction had in fact cleared with an authorization number the very same day but Walmart first stated that they did put the hold on my account that it was chevron. The next time I called Walmart they told me that they did put it on my account that there was problems with they're system maintanence on my account and that I would have to wait until 05/26/16 to have the hold lifted and money put back into my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they kept me on hold for over hour and half continuing to tell me there was no supervisor available at all. Finally when the 26th arrived I checked my account and my balance sadly was still zero but the actual $99 that had previously showed listed in my daily transactions since the 18th had disappeared. I frantically called Walmart once again and they actually told me that they didn't know what I was talking about after explaining again in detail my troubles that there was never a pre authorization hold that she could see on my account at all ever and that they didn't owe me any money. I nearly died! I told her that I had actually had proof that there was as I had been taking photos daily of my balance and detailed transactions daily since the 18th. She still refused to help me.
