Hello to all of you! I pick up a cd at walmart in eagan and loaded in my computer. the cd take my credit card account number and my information then i have to restart the computer then wow! it freeze the computer so I have to take out the walmart netscape in my computer. I called customer service to cancel but it they said it is not me and it is not my name so they continue taking money from my account.

They have been taking money from my account for at least 5 to 6 months then I am pissed off I called my bank to freeze my account so that they cannot take any more money from me. I have filed a complaint against Walmart-netscape.com via the attorney General Office in Minnesota. They have the 800 number but it goes to New Delhi India! Wow! So they are the one taking care of our bills and that was nice of them not to cancel so they can keep their job and stay connected using our informations!

This is a warning to all! Do not give any credit card or any checking accounts to any business via the Internet!

Cannot cancel account due to poor communications from New Delhi India. They have 800 numbers but it is routed to an international country. So when I ask to speak to someone who live and work in the USA I was told that they are based only in New Delhi India.

Once your 30 day trial expires then you are responsible for 12 months as I found out the hard way. It was not a scam it was in the disclaimer. If you can it is usually best to have them deduct it all at once and you will still have access through that service in addition to the new program you use until the contract period of one year ends.

Guess this goes to show that it is better to read the disclaimer in the beginning instead of just clicking I accept. ps i was only on day 31
