Walmart Netscape taking money out of my checking account with out permisson with service no longer have La Crosse Wisconsin Internet

Walmart Netscape is still taking money out of my checking account without my knowledge. The amount of $15.49 was taken out 10/20/08 and overdrafted my account. I don,t know how many times this has occured in the past year. I no longer have this internet account I have internet through Charter.com. I get charged $30 for each overdraft.
