Walmart Overcharged me and did not perform servives that I paid for Loveland Colorado
Visited Loveland store #0953 on 1/23/08 to purchase 2 new tires and have a 15 pt oil change done on my car. I was charged for the disposal of 4 tires when only 2 were left. My car was not vacuumed( the floor mats and the floor were not even touched!) Road hazard was put onto my tires without my knowledge or request. I was not told my battery had failed and that they recommended replacement, rather I learned it from a small slip of paper on my dash as I drove away. I was not told that there was a problem with my brake lights (A VERY REAL SAFETY ISSUE WITH A 1YR OLD AND 3 YEAR OLD IN THE BACK SEAT!) instead my husband pointed it out to me on our receipt. I am very unhappy with my experience. I paid 200.00 cash on this visit and feel like I received very poor service and essentially ripped off.

Wal Mart has no business in attempting to offer vehicle maintenance service. Its a RIP OFF Company, and the employee's are a bunch of grease monkey's with no mechanical knowledge. Next time take your car to the proper repair facilities and stop trying to cut corners, because in the end, you loose every time with Wal Mart!!
