Walmart Privacy invasion Port Charlotte Florida
The phone I currently have through Wal-Mart family mobile is a Samsung Luna j3 . I bought this phone thinking I could use it on t-mobile network as well but I was told I couldn't unlock the phone for a year, okay. Well my major problem is that my calls, texts, emails and such go to another person and/or persons phone. Ive changed my number several times and spoken with customer service about this several times to no avail. I've purchased several phones from Wal-Mart that were through other carries i.e. virgin mobile, boost, and Verizon all having the same issue. There is a program called watchdog on my current phone not sure why or how it was installed on to my phone but it's a major invasion of my privacy. I believe I'm being watched through my phone recorded as well. I never consented to this in anyway and have questioned several ppl including the local authorities which seem to do nothing. My private life is being broadcast to others without my permission or consent, it's intrusive along with being verbally abused mentally assaulted also having my civil rights violated.
