Complaint Review: Walmart

Walmart refused my check, Falsely accusing me of
writing a Bad check, in front of everyone.I have never wrote a bad check in my life. She gave me a slip of paper and told me to call the number and Pay for a check that is Not even mine! She then asked to see my husbands
driver license.

When she saw he had Indian on his driver license,
she told me she would not talk to me anymore.
I asked to speak to her manager, He also refused to
even come out and talk to me.

Last month I bought a tv, now it has a line in it,
Walmart will not Honor their 90 day warranties.
So now I am stuck with a bad tv also.

If satisfaction is not reached, I will consult a Lawyer and File a Class Action Lawsuit against Walmart And Telecheck for Defamation, Slander, False Reporting, Damages,Discrimination and Not honoring Warranties.
After reading all the complaints here, they cannot claim
" a few mistakes" with so many people with the same problem. I'm checking into Federal Laws about this, I think they are violating.
