walmart the person that sold my friend the drone sold her a 3 yr. svc plan and told her if the drone was lost due to the operating system the drone would be replaced. I went to take off in flight and the drone went straight up almost out of site so I hit the come home button. The drone is to come back to where it was launched within a 6 ft. radius. Well the thing kept going straight up until it was completely out of site it never came down that I know of.. California

Well, the thing kept going straight up until it was completely out of site it never came down that I know of.. I called the svc plan operator and she said I had to bring the drone in so they could check it. I told her that there is no way because it is in outer space somewhere that it never came back She said there was nothing she could due without the drone I had it all programed with height limits and distance limits and if it goes outside the limits it is programed to return home,it didn"t do that.
So is that not a defect in the unit or not. California
