Complaint Review: Walmart

My neighbor took her car to Walmart and had it serviced while she shopped. Well part of the service is refiling liquids and greasing the car and ect. Well i get home from work that Saturday from Ok. and she tells me that she is coming down 78 and goes to turn the wipers on and the windshield cleaner runs out and this is impossible because it was just refilled. So I looked at it and sure enough it was empty,car wasn't even greased and the tires didn't even have the center caps all the way on from rotating the tires.

Man this pissed me so I went up there with her and talked to some jackass automotive manager who thinks he God of mechanics. Told me that I was a lier and that he needed to see the car now. Okay pull it I told him then they refilled the windshield cleaner and then told me the car don't take grease and those are sealed bushings. I told him your full of s**t and as matter of fact I was a heavy machinery field mechanic and had been for 10 years and that those sir was a grease fitting he then told his pit boy to lube the car,fix the tires correctly,and as matter of fact I told him that the oil filter she paid to have on her isn't even that brand and i wanted to know if they where to busy staring at her a*s or breast when she dropped it off and thats what screwed them up or what. he told me heres your money back for the problems and don't never bring your car back here mam we wont work on it.I told him thanks and buy the way what dumb a*s would bring there car back to a place that does that kind of service. I told him if you went to this place to eat and they served you s**t food you wouldn't go back would you he said no. I said okay then get the picture. Ah Walmart at there dumbest.
