Complaint Review: walmart tire an lube

 I bought a brand new car and only had it services at walmart for oil change and tire rotation. Detailed my car in fall of 2012 and rims looked new with no scratches. Then detailed in spring 2013 and lug nut holes were all scratched up! Only people that touched rims was walmart rotated tires in Jan of 2013.

I called walmart several times to report claim and never got call back. Spoke to 2 women in tire and lube and they said they would put note about claim on store manager's desk, never heard anything about it. Finally spoke directly to store manager and he offered me about 60% of money to get a new rim. I declined due to they did it and I did not think i should have to pay for it.

I was told they would forward to claims services and they would watch videos to figure out if it was evident that they did something wrong. I recieved 2 phone calls from claims dept and they left messages. Once i called him back 1 minute after he called me and he did not answer or call me back that day. The next week i get letter in mail saying that he has made a decision, and a week after that he finally calls me back.

Claims guy told me that walmart only keeps video for 30 days and therefore there is no video to review... I was faulted for waiting months to make claim, eventhough i did attempt to make claim but was brushed off multiple times by walmart emloyees. Also that since i can not prove that they did the damage, they will not cover any of the repair. So now that covering is scratched off, the rims will start to corrode and make more covering come off and so on...
