Walmart tire and lube Lifetime balance and rotation is a lie Evergreen, Colorado
I purchased the lifetime balance and rotation e a local Walmart for four snow tires for our family's Surburban last year. This year when it came time to rotate the snow tires back on the Suburban they refused. The tire shop manager said they had a new policy that would only allow them to put the tire size that was placarded on the vehicle. The snow tires were a 265R7516 and the placard specifies a 265R7016. So my lifetime turned into a one time. This is not right!
