i am not biasted in this report because i'm related to a former employee however she is former because of inappropiate and unethical decisions made in her case. first, i am pro management. i experienced many unproductive practices that were, in my opinion, not profit enducing. i decided to call 1-800-walmart to share my expirience with management to further their success [ and i called three times on the same subjects, to no avail]. i guess the customer isn't always right. anyway, my wife put in twelve hard, honest years of service and because of their walmart policy on ignoring doctor's notes, they fired her. her doctor told her to take time off due to her illness, but, she felt    obligated to be on the job. in twelve years, she received countless awards for productivity. we still have them. i believe mr walton would be quite upset to see and hear about walmart's never ending conduct. he had noble aspects. what happened? my wife had little choice but to sign up for social security. unemployment wasn't available. i'm retired with a tiny pension, so we're financially at odds. i contacted a lawyer, and she said it was possible to get her job back, but, no lawyer in the country wants to go against the all powerful walmart. customer beware!  thanks for listening. dave from massachussetts.
