Complaint Review: WALMART VUDU.COM MOVIE OWNERSHIP SCAM

I will keep this as simple and short as possible, Most people think when you purchase a item and pay taxes on that purchase you own it correct well walmart has other ideas.

Recently we purchased not renting multiple movies from vudu.com only to learn we had been scammed we paid around 25 dollars for these movies, we quickly learned we were unable to download our purchase due to a computure issue vudu.com is experiancing even to this very day. They failed to warn any customer who is using this site to make a purchase about the issues there having and sold us the videos anyway reguardles. Forcing folks to keep your purchase on vudu.com against our will. When we tried to download a warning poped up telling we had to downgrade adobe air to a outdated product requiring a great deal of time to set up. We are not computure techs at all, When the download failed we clicked watch to make sure the movies worked and they did.

The next issue we encountered was the fact they failed to inform us we were required to host these videos on a cloud or thier servers using a vudu app that does not work either. At this point we were angered by this as all we wanted to do is buy a few movies we can own and take with us without the use of the internet or so app. This who situation was a scam or a ripp off when we asked for a immediate refund we were refuse and got this letter from vudu.com staff.

Thank you for contacting Vudu Customer Care. Unfortunately, that titles would not be eligible for a refund.
