Complaint Review: WalMart

WalMart Wall-E Blu-ray labeled wrong! Callaway Florida

WalMart has mistakenly labeled the two-disc BluRay set of Wall-E. The disc set has an official label on the front with a toll free number to obtain the digital file copy (from Disney) validation code. If you call this toll free number, Disney will tell you that WalMArt labeled the two disc set and that you have to purchase a third disc at $6.95+. WalMArt should be made to provide a 3 disc-set for free exchange.

Disney is wrong

I can assure you as a current employee who works closely with Electronics, that Disney is the one at fault.

Or at least the company they use to pack their product.

I concur with the previous response that walmart at no time packages or puts stickers on any product in the store, but most assured in Dept 5 (Electronics).

Walmart does not label their own movies.

All movies come in pre-labled, stickered, ad covered and anything else they put on them. They are wrapped and sealed in cartons that do not come from outside of walmarts shipping/control. So basically, Disney lied. Walmart is not responsible for the stickers on the movies.
