Complaint Review: Walnut Creek 1st Lake

 I put in a maintenance report about puckers in carpet and one of the puckers is where the door opens and closes so the carpet began to shred. I asked them to fix puckers and replace carpet and of course she tries to blame my dog. My dog stays inside a dog gate and is unable to do such a thing not to mention I have a small dog and have been at the apartment for over 2 years. She basically told me I would have to pay to have it fixed. Why should I pay for a carpet defect that was not my fault?
