I ordered a coyote deterrent device from this company on 8/16/2009 using PayPal, the only method of payment permitted.  The total cost of this device was $125.  I have not received the product, despite numerous emails to the company, all which went unanswered.  I received automated responses to each email basically saying they received the email.  At no point did the owner Dan Jinks respond or any employee or representative of the company.  When I initially inquired about the deterrent as a perspective customer, I received a personal response from Dan which answered my questions.  I was told to expect the device in about 8 weeks.  PayPal will not refund money after a certain point, which of course has passed.  I do not understand how PayPal can allow a company to collect money with such a long shipment window which effectively eliminates the possibility of refund.

I'm filed a BBB report on 11/21/2009 and the company has been sent two notices to which they have not responded.  Big surprise there.  They have an "F" rating as of 1/3/2010.
