Walt's Afordable Tree Service & Aaron Muse - A & M Tree Service ,Stump Grinder, Did not complete contractual obligation after being paid. Greenwood Indiana
We received a quote from "Walt's Affordable Tree Service" on June 1st, to have four trees cut down and six stumps grinded completely down to the ground. Walt insured us that the stumps would be taken down even with the ground so we it would not be a hazardous to anyone walking in the yard. All limbs were to be hauled away and only leaving the clippings and hard cut up wood. As of today, August 24th, we have yet to have the stumps cut down to the ground. After numerous calls back and forth to Walt and person he contracted the stump grinding to: A & M Tree Service (Aaron Muse), we were told by A & M that Walt made the contract, not him and he was under paid. Our contract was for $2800.00 to have ALL work done and was paid in cash to Walt.
Think twice before paying before completed job is done, even if a part has to ordered for a piece of equipment. We were ripped off and very disappointed!
