Complaint Review: Walter Chek

I have known Walter Check for several years and find him to be a man of his word. In fact, I have found him to go above and beyond what he promises. No attorney can guarantee anything in the court room.  I am sorry you were incarcerated, and suffered losses while incarcerated.  If it was wrong go after the police, the prosecutor, the attorneys or the judge.

You have made serious, constructively criminal charges against Walter Check.  I find no proof of your claims, and if you were abent when the alleged thefts of your property occurred there may be others responsible.  I also find no probative proof of loss.  Without these two verified proofs, any accusation may result in injury and damage to the reputation of my friend.  "Presumed innocent until proven guilty."  Your claims may just be proof of libel. against Walter.

You admit you authorized another person to live in your house.  I challenge you to attest and affirm, under the pains and penalties of perjury, to bring forward the proof of your accusations or resdind all charges you have made. 

I hope you will fare better in the future.

As i read these accusations against Walter i find them to be disturbing . Also bear in mind sometimes personalities clash.. I knew Walter when he was at Bob Lester's house and visited him there several times. Walt had done about 5,000l worth of legal work for me while i was undergoing a divorce, due to my lack of finances he forgave all debts concerning that case.

When i heard Walter was moving i volunteered to offer to help move items into the various vehicles. I did not see any kind of vandalism (as a home inspector for 3700 homes) or neglect as a result of Walter staying there. Also as i see the legal system working today, i find that of the millions of Americans behind bars, they are there as a result of bonifide legal experts in their field and did not find any relief for their clients.

If you know of someone who has paper work that always works in this corrupt justice system, let me know immediately. In my experience, Walt’s mental acumen in regards to exposing the legal corruption in the courts is second to none. From what i understand Bob Lester is a fine man, if he has any flaws i am not aware of them.

lets be thankful that bob was finally able to get his freedom back and moved on. getting justice from an unjust system is not an easy task. there are millions of clients who have trusted attorneys are doing time today. Helping Walter move to another location at that time i find it impossible to lay to his charge a 3,000 theft of belongings, nothing was removed or destroyed that belonged to Bob Lester.

i am a witness to what was moved. Bob Lester has said, "Truthfully I believe Walter knows his paperwork does not work but is more than willing to "take your money" with boasts of great successes". Recovering from a divorce, i needed a car because i could not afford one Walter gave me a car, one which i drove for 3 years trouble free, money was never an issue as we had mutual respect.

Walter helped those who could not help themselves. i still associate with Walter and friends and i have found that any research Walter has done has been impeccable and no errors to be found

Walter Chek is so well versed in Law and Constitutional Law that he is like a walking law library.

He has always impressed me with his ability to stand up to the corruption prevalent in this country.

Walter believes in Freedom and believes that all people should be free and protected from over-regulation, stipulations, codes and false concocted laws against the people and their Constitution, Bill of Rights, God Given, and Human Rights !!

I appreciate him greatly for his service to the American people!! We have worked together countless times to try and bring freedom back to the people and no doubt will soon work together again! He is a friend and we are brothers in the Lord.

Robert Lester invited me to stay at his house at (((REDACTED))) Corrales, New Mexico on or about November 19, 2010 to help him with replies to the court addressing criminal charges he was being faced with in the Albuquerque, New Mexico courts. I moved into this house and on November 21, 2010, Robert was picked up by the police for failure to report for probation and was held in jail for approximately another year.

I began doing research to help Robert with his case, as well as seeking others who have properly overcome this type of problem using specific legal remedies. I found PJ through my research, who was willing to come and help me with developing court strategies to help Robert about May, 2010. Upon her arrival, we assembled and composed numerous legal documents to help Robert. I put the last of my paperwork into the record during July, 2010.

While staying at this property, there were several issues which prevented me from staying there any further. The first problem was with the heating system, which did not function. The second problem arose with the pump for the well and water tank, which drew much oily water into the pipes, allowing no clean water to be used for cooking or showering. I had to buy 4-55 gallon water drums and fill them with clean water. I also replaced the water heater at my expense of $450, which I was never reimbursed for, but it was promptly ruined after oily water entered into it from the pump. Another problem was with the air conditioning, which did not cool the house effectively.

I then moved out of the premises and had several of my good, trustworthy friends to help me clean, mop and remove my extra possessions into local storage and then travel to Abilene, Texas, to help others with various legal matters. Robert Lester was released from jail within a few months afterwards, probably as a result of the exhaustive amount of paperwork that PJ and I developed to enter into his case.

While I was staying at this address, another man, James Simones, was welcomed by Robert to stay there. He occupied half of the house and I occupied the other half. I moved out from the house four months before James did. Before I moved out, my friends and I thoroughly cleaned my entire area of the house. Any damages or unkempt appearance after my departure cannot be attributed to me.

Robert has accused me of theft of $3,000. I do not steal from anyone and I have no idea what he is talking about.

I appreciated his offer for me to stay at his home, but I do not appreciate his derogatory statements that are libelous and untrue. I hope you appreciate all of the legal work I did for you without compensation to get you out of jail.

Walter Chek has done excellent work for me, and is not the kind of man who would steal, overcharge or misrepresent himself.  Walter Chek is the kind of lawyer you need when you have a tough situation and need someone who knows how to successfully fight criminals.  You don't need someone who might act as if he is more loyal to the very interests you're fighting against; than he is to you and your interest.

I know that writing fake reviews has become big business, and there are plenty of crooked businessmen who can affored to attack people like Walter Chek, and will do it because he is effective against them.  If someone is trying to smear Walter Chek, it might be because he knows how to bust these people for his clients.  Walter will not work to evade or break the law; but instead, will work with the law, and to let the law work in his clients' favor.
